Why does my Sea Moss gel appear liquid or leak through the jar?
It’s common for the gel to lose its typical consistency during shipping. To restore its gel-like form, simply refrigerate the Sea Moss gel product for at least 2 hours. This allows the gel to regain its proper consistency.
What is the source of your sea moss?
Our sea moss is naturally cultivated and harvested in the waters of St. Lucia. Our dedicated harvesters work closely with the government to maintain the integrity of the waters. After harvesting, the sea moss undergoes a meticulous drying process, drying under the sun by day and the moon by night. Once dried, it is rigorously tested to ensure it is healthy and free from harmful bacteria before being packed and shipped to you.
What is the taste and smell of Sea Moss Gel like?
- Sea Moss Gel has a neutral taste, making it versatile for use in various sweet and savory recipes. It may have a subtle sea or lime scent, which is perfectly normal given its organic origin from the sea.
How much Sea Moss gel should I take daily?
We recommend consuming no more than 2 tablespoons of sea moss gel per day. If you’re new to using sea moss gel, you may want to start with 1 tablespoon initially to become accustomed to the taste.
Can you mix Sea Moss gel into food and drink?
Absolutely, Sea Moss gel can be seamlessly incorporated into any hot or cold food or beverage of your choice. For optimal results, we recommend consuming it on a lighter stomach to enhance gut health and reap it’s benefits.
How do I store Sea Moss gel?
This product has a short shelf life and must be stored in a cold environment. Upon arrival, please refrigerate immediately and allow Sea Moss Gel to chill for at least 2 hours before use. Consume within 21 days of arrival, or apply within 28 days.
Alternatively, Sea Moss Gel can be frozen for longer storage. Simply fill an ice cube tray with Sea Moss Gel and freeze until solid. Once frozen, wrap the cubes in an airtight pouch bag to maintain freshness. This convenient method ensures portion-sized Sea Moss Gel is readily available when needed. Frozen Sea Moss Gel should be used within 6 months.
How do I use Sea Moss to treat acne, eczema, psoriasis and other Skin irritations?
Apply a thin layer of Sea Moss gel on clean skin and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then rinse off with warm water and apply a sensitive skin moisturiser.
Can toddlers and children consume Sea Moss gel?

My Sea Moss gel smells ‘fishy’, is it still good?
We soak each sea moss batch with limes to reduce the natural oceanic flavors. While some claim sea moss is tasteless, individual palates may perceive it differently, occasionally resulting in a slight “oceany” taste due to its marine origin. If the gel emits an overly fishy scent after 21 days, it is no longer suitable for consumption.
